How to use the Emergency buttons on the KpX code pad
- Medical - Press [1] key followed by the [E]. Sends a medical signal to the control room
- Fire - Press [3] key followed by the [E]. Sends a Fire signal to the control room
- Panic - Press and hold the 2 Police symbols together at the same time on the pad for 2 seconds
How to adjust the Chime Volume Level to the keypad
The chime volume level is displayed on the LCD screen during this adjustment. To adjust Press and hold the 0 key. Release when the desired volume is reached.
A short beep will be heard as each different level is reached.
How to adjust the LCD Back Light Brightness
Press and hold the number [9] key. Release the button when the desired brightness is reached. A short beep sound will be heard as each Brightness level is reached. There are 10 seperate levels which when set are saved in the keypad when finished.
